DWShop never builds shipping costs into its items, because you can also collect your order in our shop at the same price as in our webshop. Shipping costs are therefore only a cost passed on. We offer you several ways to receive your order.

Your order is only ready for collection once you receive an email confirming that it is ready.

If you pay by bank transfer, collection may be delayed by 1-3 days because of processing time.

Delivery to one of the 1,250 pick-up points in Belgium, such as post offices, Delhaize, Spar, Press Shop, Relay, Total, Q8 and others.
There is always a pick-up point within 5 km of your home, with flexible opening hours.
Important:
The parcel remains available at the pick-up point for 14 days.
The maximum weight per parcel is 30 kg; exceeding this results in several parcels.
Maximum dimensions: 1.5 m for the longest side and 3 m in total.
You will receive an email or text message as soon as your parcel is available. If you have not collected it after 2 days, you will receive a reminder. A final reminder follows after 4 days.

Delivery to one of Bpost's 150 parcel lockers in Belgium, available 24/7.
The maximum parcel size is 42 x 31 x 69 cm, with a maximum weight of 30 kg. If exceeded, several parcels are created.

Bpost has 10,000 postal workers who can deliver your parcel daily. 98% of parcels within Belgium are delivered the next day between 9 am and 4 pm.
