There is no need to worry.

As with all online shops, you have the right to return your item. At DWShop you can do so up to 14 days after delivery. We assume, of course, that you will be happy with your purchase and that returning it will not be necessary.

You can choose a carrier yourself, or you can use the DWShop return service.

Important

All items you send back must reach us complete and undamaged in their original packaging if you want a full refund. DWShop may refuse returned items or decline to refund them if damage to the item results in a loss of value.
